Mr. Steven M. Goodpaster, MAI, MRE


Mr. Goodpaster joined the Woodford & Associates firm in March of 2008. He serves both through real estate valuation and consultation work. To date, Steven has engaged in the appraisal of retail, service-commercial, office, industrial, multifamily, agricultural, subdivision/planned unit development, condominium, special purpose and partial interest properties. This work has involved mortgage finance, litigation support, estate planning, pre-sale consulting and portfolio valuation.

Steven hails from Sevierville, Tennessee and is a graduate of Sevier County High School, Berea College and the University of Florida — Warrington College of Business. He currently serves his community as the President of the Broadacres Homeowners Association and serves the valuation profession as an active member of the Greater Tennessee Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He resides in Powell, Tennessee with his wife Jennifer, their son William Grady, and daughter Emery Sinclair.


Mr. Goodpaster has a broad spectrum of real estate experience garnered through his past work in brokerage, construction, real property investment, and his 7 years of professional real property valuation. His academic achievements involve graduate and undergraduate degrees in real estate development and urban analysis and business administration, respectively.
